What makes ArcherPoint?
Who is ArcherPoint and what drives us? Well, you probably are familiar with the fact that we’re a Microsoft Dynamics NAV Partner (value-added reseller) and that we’ve been one since 2002. Along that journey, we have defined not only what drives us but our culture and values that have helped shape our business. We always knew our focus was Dynamics NAV, and we pride ourselves on knowing the product inside and out. What we’ve also worked on is defining and solidifying our core values. Through a serious assessment of our business and the services we provide, we came up with these core values:
- Delighting clients with amazing work that they are happy to pay for and rave about to others.
- Building an enduring tribe distinguished by collaboration and always putting the good of the community, clients, and colleagues above self-interest.
- Learning and always challenging ourselves to build a better business and helping our clients do the same.
As you can see, we are all about building a better business for ourselves and our clients as well, and learning is a huge part of that. We have read a handful of invaluable books that have helped shape our culture and business, and we would like to share them with you. These books have helped create the ArcherPoint we have today and have been influential in understanding ourselves better as a company.
