Container Management with Microsoft Dynamics NAV

ArcherPoint has developed Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) features to support requirements for companies who purchase and receive products via containers from overseas. Written specifically for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), the Container Management System follows the menu and navigation structure familiar to Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) users. It is designed to provide the following features and benefits:

• Streamline and simplify the receiving process
• Improve the ability to track and accrue in-transit inventory value and liability by container
• Track estimated container receipt dates that automatically update related PO lines to aid in availability promising
• Support the spreading of freight costs against the container receipt(s) via Weight, Cubage or Specified %
• Visibility into all transactions completed for each container (Receipts, POs, Item Ledger Entries, G/L Entries)
• Ability to receive directly from a container, including over/under quantities
• Interoperability with PO receiving processes and/or Warehouse receiving processes
