ArcherPoint, we're always working on ways to communicate and provide
more valuable information and insight to help our
clients run better businesses. We are excited to announce
one of those initiatives--the ArcherPoint Support Portal. The
Support Portal, which will be launched in just a couple of weeks, is
a tool that will make it easy for you to interact with ArcherPoint
and get easy access to information. From this web-based interface,
you'll be able to submit support requests and track their
progress, approve estimates, upload screen shots, and
communicate directly with our Technical Services team.
We've also worked hard to build a robust Knowledge Base, which will
also be available through the Portal.
Portal will be accessible from the ArcherPoint website. When it is
ready for launch, we'll be contacting all our clients to
get their team members set up with login access. We'll also announce
opportunities for training. Stay tuned!

NAV 2013 is here! If you'd like to learn
more in person, plan on attending one of our Launch events.
In-person events will be held in Minneapolis on Feb 5 and in
Atlanta in late January or early February of 2013. We'll also
be offering an online event. Let
