During Thanksgiving week, it is naturally a time for us to give thanks for a very good year, one which has also put us in a position to be able to better serve our clients in 2014. Following is a letter from our CEO, Greg Kaupp:
Dear Clients and Colleagues,
This year has ushered in significant changes and opportunities here at ArcherPoint. The biggest change is that we have expanded internationally and we have hired new team members in both Canada and India. We have also been working on establishing an international upgrade competency center which will allow us to significantly reduce the cost of upgrades both to our own clients as well as the clients of other partners.
In addition to the international expansion, we have implemented new support systems and are now offering 24/7 unlimited support options for as little as $500/month. Our vision of support goes well beyond the traditional break fix model of support, and the support team is chartered to not only help clients resolve issues, but also to help them discover how to use Microsoft Dynamics NAV more effectively.
Since the beginning of the year, we have hired 14 additional team members, bringing our total headcount to 64 in North America and 2 in India--that's a 20% growth in staff in 2013. This coming year will bring even more positive changes as we explore turning ArcherPoint into an employee owned company.
