News from NAVUG Focus
Jon Long shares, “D365 Business Central Windows client will exist in the on premises version, but not in the cloud version. Therefore, MenuSuites will live on in the Windows client in D365 BC on premises. This is a change from the message we received at Directions Asia.
Microsoft has now stated that ’the Windows client will indeed be in Dynamics 365 Business Central On Premises version.’ This is a change from their statements in March, though not a huge deal. The Web Client will still be preferable. It requires less maintenance and is more scalable across devices. The faster our customers move to the web client, the better off we all will be.
