How to Find Which Users are Currently Logged Into Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013

Working in the Customer Service Office, I’m frequently asked how customers can easily find which users are currently logged into Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).

This is extremely simple to do, and I have put together a blog to show you a quick way to see which users are logged into Dynamics NAV 2013.

Type “session” into the Search to find the Session List page or follow the path below:

This opens the Sessions List (see below)Here you can see who is logged in currently and when they logged in.

NOTE: The screen seen below is a test database; your database might look slightly different.
