IT Support Analyst

The big-picture mission of this role is to support the IT Manager and internal ArcherPoint team members related to our systems and technologies. Provide timely technical support and issue resolution to our team.

This role is critical to our organization because we rely heavily on our systems and technologies. Any disruptions to system performance or systems need to be identified, tracked and resolved timely to ensure a productive work team. Our fast paced growth requires timely and efficient support and maintenance of our systems.

Job Description

The primary goal and objectives of the IT Support Analyst is to support ArcherPoint internal systems and tools as well as provide technical support to internal ArcherPoint Team members. This role reports to the ArcherPoint IT Manager and is based out of our Lawrenceville, GA, Corporate Headquarters (just outside Greater Altanta). This role assists in support approximately 75-100 team members. This position will

  • Provide 1st level IT support to internal users regarding issues and requests;
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues;
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, systems, and tools at company office and Data Center;
  • Build and configure laptops and desktops in support of users;
  • Issue and maintain software licenses;
  • Assist with security administration on corporate systems; and
  • Support internal IT initiatives and projects as assigned.

Desired Skills and Experience

We are seeking candidates who have provided IT support to internal users within a team environment and are looking to expand their technical skills and career in a fast paced growing company. The ideal candidate will have

  • Associates degree or advanced degree in IT preferred;
  • 1-3 years prior experience working in an IT environment supporting at least 50-75 users;
  • Prior experience building, configuring, and supporting laptops and desktops;
  • Prior experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows 7, Windows 8 environments;
  • Prior experience working with Office365 and Windows Server; and
  • Prior experience managing user security on various systems and applications.
