The big-picture mission of this role is to support the IT Manager and internal ArcherPoint team members related to our systems and technologies. Provide timely technical support and issue resolution to our team.
This role is critical to our organization because we rely heavily on our systems and technologies. Any disruptions to system performance or systems need to be identified, tracked and resolved timely to ensure a productive work team. Our fast paced growth requires timely and efficient support and maintenance of our systems.
The primary goal and objectives of the IT Support Analyst is to support ArcherPoint internal systems and tools as well as provide technical support to internal ArcherPoint Team members. This role reports to the ArcherPoint IT Manager and is based out of our Lawrenceville, GA, Corporate Headquarters (just outside Greater Altanta).
