Microsoft Dynamics Gold Partner ArcherPoint Is Now 100% Employee Owned ESOP logo

ATLANTA, GA — January 8, 2019 — ArcherPoint Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Gold Partner and full-service provider for Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, is pleased to announce that the company is now 100% employee owned.

ArcherPoint CEO and co-founder Greg Kaupp introduced the idea in 2012 of implementing a qualified ESOP (“Employee Stock Ownership Program”) as a way of helping current and future employees build for their retirement.  Employee owned companies often outperform their nonemployee owned counterparts and Greg wanted to see what ArcherPoint could accomplish when everyone had a stake in the outcome.  ArcherPoint implemented the first phase of the ESOP in 2015 when employees were given the opportunity to invest in ArcherPoint via their 401k retirement accounts.

The decision will benefit ArcherPoint as well as its employees and clients in many ways. Most importantly: “Being 100 percent employee owned means that everyone has a vested interest in the success of the company,” said CFO Scott Peetz. “Because we are all invested, we all care about the health of the entire company, helping our co-workers and pitching in wherever we are needed to ensure success across the board.”
