ATLANTA, GA GA — October 1, 2019 — ArcherPoint Inc., a Microsoft Dynamics ERP Gold Partner and full-service provider of Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central, today announced the availability of their Rental Process Management (RPM) by Suite Engine solution on Microsoft AppSource, an online cloud marketplace providing tailored line-of-business solutions.
Suite Engine’s RPM is a comprehensive solution – built in the cloud and fully embedded within both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP systems. RPM provides a complete, end-to-end solution for rental, sales and service organizations, covering both the operational and financial facets of the business in one place.
“The rental industry is projected to reach $71 billion in revenue by 2023,” said Tom Marshello, Director of Suite Engine. “We see this as a tremendous opportunity to provide technology that can help companies in this industry manage internal growth, a rapidly changing market, and increasing competition.”
RPM’s impressive feature set gives users the ability to handle industry-specific recurring billing models, to schedule and perform planned maintenance on rental and customer-owned equipment, and to track assets – so customers know exactly where their equipment is at any time. For companies that struggle with tracking and billing (often using Microsoft Excel to manage their business), RPM will simplify these processes and unify the solutions.
RPM is built within Dynamics 365 Business Central. This gives companies all the enterprise resource planning capabilities they need in a completely scalable environment. It’s designed to meet the needs of companies ranging in size from small operations to large multinational corporations. The power of Microsoft, plus the industry-specific rental functionality of RPM, benefits customers.
RPM is available for purchase by any customer running Dynamics 365 Business Central. Customers can choose to stay with their current partner, but the Suite Engine team can also help drive implementation, making it a win, win, win for all three parties involved.
“We’re happy to welcome ArcherPoint to Microsoft AppSource, which gives our partners great exposure to cloud customers around the globe,” says Kirsten Edmondson Wolfe, Senior Director, AppSource Product Marketing for Microsoft Corp. “Microsoft AppSource offers partner solutions such as Suite Engine RPM from ArcherPoint to help customers manage growth as the rental industry continues to expand.”
While ArcherPoint owns the Suite Engine brand and developed RPM, the company is a Dynamics Business Central Partner. However, to any Dynamics Partner interested in selling RPM to their clients, ArcherPoint vows to respect the partner-client relationship and assist only as needed, according to the partner’s direction.
“We have spent time and resources perfecting RPM to work seamlessly with – and leverage the power of – the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform,” continued Marshello. “This is only the first of many apps we intend to release on the Business Central platform and make available through Microsoft AppSource.”
