After your company becomes comfortable with these basic reports, begin to look for metrics that have the greatest effect on your bottom line. By tracking revenue and performance of these smaller pieces, you may be surprised to see what trends begin to emerge. Let it Evolve, But Keep it Clean

Be honest about which ones are truly making a difference, and find ways to improve them. For the ones that you do not find yourself using, get rid of them.
