While this isn’t exactly budget season time, it is always time to be thinking about investing in a support plan for your ERP. Making the investment in an ERP system is no small endeavor. We understand that after an ERP purchase, the thought of buying a support plan is probably the last thing on your mind, but it shouldn’t be. Investing in a support plan can help ensure you get the most out of your ERP investment. Moreover, it is a better investment (and much less stressful) to have a support plan in place before it becomes an emergency. The good news is it is never too late to purchase a support plan or upgrade your current plan.

ArcherPoint Support Plan Options

ArcherPoint offers multiple support options and our help desk is staffed with veteran Microsoft Dynamics NAV consultants so you can rest assured you are getting the most experienced and capable help available. There are two basic types of plans offered:

Time and Materials

This is where you pay as you need help and use resources. This type of plan is best for stable companies that do not anticipate upgrading their software any time soon, or have any plans for change in their business structure or personnel.

Contract

This plan offers a fixed monthly fee for an unlimited number of hours for support incidents per month. This type of plan is good for companies that know they will need extra help because they have high turnover, intend to utilize new features of the product, or are planning major initiatives that may potentially affect their ERP system.

One of the nice things about a support contract is that you know what you are getting into from a budget perspective. Your plan is a set cost. ArcherPoint offers several levels of contract support: Basic, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and a new Platinum 10 plan that includes our support plus ten hours of development work per month.

Unlimited Support

We developed our unlimited support plans to foster clients calling our Help Desk to talk about any topic related to their Dynamics NAV software. We encourage NAV users to learn and not be opposed to contacting us due to potential expense. Our unlimited plans provide an environment wherein our clients can count on predictable response times and control costs associated with their day-to-day needs.

Services covered under our Unlimited Support Plans include resolution of functional issues, remote training sessions, and general troubleshooting assistance. Some plans also cover initial analysis and budget approvals for development requests. And still others include annual server health checks and a dedicated support representative, which have proved to be invaluable services to our clients.
